On Demand Support
Apollo’s On-Demand Support comes with a tablet and the Call Me button. Anytime your loved one needs support with something around the house, they can push the Call Me button on the tablet and one of our live TeleCaregivers will call them back using a live 2-way video call within 5 minutes. The TeleCaregiver can help with almost anything that does not require hands on support.


24/7 TeleCare
Our 24/7 TeleCare service offers tailored assistance to cater to the unique needs of individuals in the comfort of their homes. Our live TeleCaregivers use 2-way video to engage with 3-4 scheduled check-ins during the day, providing calendar support, medication/meal reminders, transportation coordination, kitchen safety, and fall detection.
